I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. I truly enjoy helping people reach their goals while creating a warm and uplifting space for growth. I am passionate about empowering you to feel confident and secure in who you are, where you are. 

Guidance in improving self-esteem, communication, motivation, intimacy confidence, setting goals and overcoming barriers are some of my specialties. Life, even when great can be challenging or confusing.  Parenting, career changes, physical wellness and dealing with loss can all be reasons to seek guidance.  

 

My approach is caring, supportive, free of judgment, safe and fine tuned to your own specific needs and pace. I look forward to getting to know you and encouraging you on your journey.

How is Coaching not Therapy


The difference between coaching and therapy is that coaching focuses on the present and future, while therapy focuses on the past (and addressing trauma). A therapist is licensed to diagnose and treat mental illness. Sage Wellness House understands the difference in these two important services and will work with you appropriately within our scope of practice.  If you would like help in finding a licensed clinical practitioner we are happy to help with that as well.

Individual Session

Our one on one sessions are designed to focus on your individual goals and provide empowering, supportive and empathetic guidance along the way. These sessions are tailored to you. I will listen, empathetically support and motivate you and provide suggestions, coping skills and material recommendations to help the you achieve your desired outcome. We will address any changes in goals and progress along the way.

Additional Support

We all go through some pretty hard times.  Sometimes we need a little more support than other times in life, if this is the case I am happy to open longer or more frequent sessions to help with your needs.  However, if a mental health crisis is present, I will strongly encourage you to call 911, call or text 988 or go to your closest emergency room until you are safe.  Once you are safe, I look forward to continue supporting you in your journey of self-betterment and acceptance.
